Where has my order gone?

What are your delivery lead times?

Our standard delivery service lead times are 2-3 working days.

What does it mean to be "Awaiting Fulfilment"?

This simply indicates that your order has been received and is waiting to be processed and dispatched. Once it has been shipped, you will receive another email with a clickable tracking link informing you of the same.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and our friendly customer care team will help you out with the cancellation!

What is meant by the term Egyptian Collection?

You might have noticed that some of our towels have the label "Egyptian Collection" on them. In order to emphasise the excellent calibre of our cotton, this is the brand name we chose when we first started our business. Our cotton comes from high-quality cotton fields in the USA and South East Asia, even though it isn't actually from Egypt. One of the best cottons available on the market today was chosen for our products. An ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturer produces our towelling products.

Do you have a shop?
